Professional achievements:
Joe’s career at Recruit 121 was off to a flying start when he brought two global clients on board within the first two months of joining us. He went on to establish Terms & Conditions with six new companies in his first year, and delivered placements and growth for four of these new clients. Joe also built success with existing clients, achieving a total of eight placements in his first 10 months.
Joe attributes success to his ability to converse with people from all walks of life, combined with tenacity, integrity and an openness to ideas.
He is fascinated by the FMCG industry because it offers the opportunity to employ many different business approaches to the same issue. He enjoys sharing ideas, coming up with solutions and the gratification that comes with seeing ideas being implemented.
Personal interests
Personal interests: In his spare time, Joe enjoys Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), going to the gym and is a huge advocate of meditation and mindfulness training. He also plays the guitar and has been in numerous bands.
